Policies

• Must be 21 years of age to rent cabin.
• Under 3 years old stay free.
• Minimum 2 nights stay.
• Minimum 3 night stay on holidays.
• Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
• Cancellation policy: More than 14 days prior to arrival: Refund less $35 processing fee. 14 or less, but more than 3 days prior to arrival: 50% refund, less than 3 days prior to arrival: No refund.
• Smoking is permitted outside, sand pails provided.  
• Upon your arrival report any damages to the cabin or hot tub, to avoid damage charges being applied to your credit card upon your departure.
• We reserve the right, if excessive cleaning is required of the cabin or hot tub, to charge your credit card a cleaning fee.
• In the event item(s) are missing from the cabin a extra charge to replace the item(s) will be assessed.
• Do not add anything to the hot tub ie: soaps, oils, lotions, bleach, chemicals.
• Guest are responsible, we as the owners of Eagles Nest Cabins assume no responsibility, for guest personal property, and personal safety/injuries incurred on premises by self or minor.
• Any of these things will constitute an extra cleaning fee: ($75 minimum) - dishes not cleaned and put up - Items/ furniture moved and not put back in original place.
• Trash not put in proper receptacles and placed in outside containers.
• We are located in a large forest with all sorts of wildlife.  Insects are a part of this natural environment. We try to control the insect population in the cabin, however occasionally there will be some of these natural visitors.  
• If you move anything in the cabin, including furniture, rugs, and utensils, put them back where you found them before you leave.
• Check in as early as 4 p.m. and as late as you need it to be. If you would like an early check-in we will try to accommodate you.
